Scouts who have current Black Raven Status will be considered first for the offices of Patrol Leader or Scoutmaster-Appointed Troop Leadership positions (which is a requirement for Star, Life and Eagle).

Remember:  You will need 21  (out of  28  possible- 75%) Crow Beads by  July 2, 2013 to qualify for and earn the Black Raven.

Current Black Raven status is SIGNIFICANT to be qualified as an active participant for Rank Advancement and Mic-O-Say recommendations.   For example:  All Eagle Scout candidates MUST have current Black Raven Status to satisfy requirements for acceptable troop participation.
